About Us

Hello Buena Vista Families,

It’s great to finally be back at Buena Vista Elementary. The 20-21 school year taught us that we can “do it". We have conquered many challenges and we have made tons of  progress. We have proven we are a TEAM at BV.  Thanks to everyone; students, parents, guardians “abuelitos” and teachers alike.  It is only because of you that the 20-21school year was a success.

We are ready, committed and honored  to help each of our students through whatever challenges the  21-22 school year may bring. First and foremost we will continue to work at maintaining a safe learning environment for everyone.  We will continue to follow all PED and district mandates. SAFETY will always come first.

Our curriculum this year will focus on the strengths and needs of each of our students. BV students will be engaged in their learning. We will provide a multitude of opportunities for learning and enrichment and we will strive to provide the interventions our students need to be successful. We pledge that every child will have at least one year of growth every year. We will also continue to promote a positive learning environment by utilizing Kickboard to reward positive behaviors in each of our students.

It’s GREAT to be back and we look forward to seeing you. Together we will continue to provide our students with every opportunity to become a part of their learning community at Buena Vista Elementary. “We will do it”
